Did you also see that the above post shows you the NEW magazine.
And I have to say what an amazing mag it is. Frank Garcia, you are a genius! Seriously folks, check out the new mag right here. It is FULL of amazing examples of work from around the world, including our very own Wendy Jones!
Ok, and while you're here, I thought I'd show you a very quick and easy card. I'm afraid I can't claim to be the 'inventor' of this particular idea. But it's so fabulous, that I thought I'd remind everyone of a quick way to make your own cards, using SCRAPS!
Simply cut lengths of patterned paper each one slightly larger than the first, then adhere to the front of a card slightly off angle.
Use some stickles, or kindy glitz or crystals to pop some 'sparkle' via decorations on the tree.
Use some Tim Holtz distress ink around the edges to give a little bit of whimsy and add some additional colour.
You are done. A card to give away in less than 5 mins (not including drying time).
Ok, now go check out the next blog....Jelissa
Have fun!
I like this idea, I saw one done with washi tape, must have a go sometime
