My problem is not the tv at the moment normally the stuff I watch starts after summer. My problem is the iPad it can be such a time waster! Good luck with your no tv day.


Yep very easy for me since I only have a choice of two channels Lol. Perhaps I can try it with the computer instead - now that would be really hard!

i too have it on as background noise...and many times lately i have been putting a CD on instead!!! still the noise but less of the visual!!!

Great idea, Trina! I probably don't watch any TV on 4 or 5 days each week. At the moment I have shows that I LOVE on Sunday (Survivor) and Monday (Grey's Anatomy), but the rest of the time I am either too busy or not even home! If there is a good movie on I might watch it, but I'll usually be doing other things at the same time and then often give up partway through and go and read or something. If you asked me to give up my Sunday or Monday shows, I would find that a big struggle ... I even had to record them while I was in Fiji!!
