Sorry to hear about your family in Australia Trina, what a great support you will be for your Dad. Another stunning cake you've made there.


Lots of sad goings on overseas for you guys:( your icing probably just needs to be warmer to get softer edges.you can warm icing bag just by holding with both hands.
