I miss our Araucania- Harriet - she went to the great chookshed in the sky back in March. (her brother was Harry-Cana!) The kids always loved her eggs, as they like to work out which chook has lais which egg, and they were great eating. They alway held together really well and are great for poaching. Hope fluffhead is a girl :-)
