Heh sounds like the struggle to stop smoking! every week I would "stop smoking" and every week it would last a day, two maybe 3 days, but I kept it up for weeks, and i REFUSED to let myself feel bad for starting again, until about 8 weeks later and I really DID stop, but it was the guilt that made me feel the worst, and thats more damaging to yourself than any weight gain, good luck!

Definitely the way to go Trina - totally banning all the foods you love will never work. Finding ways to make the 'bad' food 'good' will leave you feeling like you've had a treat without the calories!


LOL, I was pleased to read your post, I have conversations with myself about getting out of bed and going for a walk in the morning. Makes me feel not so ummmmm crazy LOL Thanks for sharing the link, I am going to check it out a bit more.

im with you...i still have treats...but make them healthier choices!!!
if i didnt have any treats i think i would eat the first chocolate sign i saw!!!! hahaha

Oh that does so sound like me too Trina....Choc is my mortal enemy...I always thought it was carbs (and it is to a point) but CHOCOLATE!! OMG!!! Your lose and journey is amazing to me!! I am going to remember this post on those days when I can not beat the craving!! Thank you xx

Finding healthy ways to indulge your cravings is the best way to deal with it. You can't live your life in denial. You are building a new lifestyle and that is great!Hx
