Bit far from the motorway for me or even for strangers LOL, but we were in Christchurch Thursday/Friday and I did talk to lots of strangers and had conversations with them, so does that count?

OM Lord that all looks devine, I don't think its fair though that you're get to be an awesome scrapper and baker though lol! Im not that great a baking but you've inspired me with that velvet cake, and then the aussies womens weekly came out with velvet cupcakes, probably more my size, so Im gonna give it a go!


I like the look of the red velvet cake. Mmmm. I could make that with my fancy new cake mixer. Yes - I can now walk away while it creams my butter and sugar to perfection!!!!

how do you do the icing? what icing tip and icing recipe do you use to get that swirly pattern? love the flowres on top too.
