I remember that ad, and it's something I do often - I think it started when the kids were little, and some days there never seemed to be anything to smile about!LOL now it is something I try and encourage others to do, because I too know it really works.

I have been doing this Trina and actually do it quite a bit...been doing it a bit with kids to try and get a smile from them in the supermarket when their parents looked a bit stressed.
