The other day Andy took the kids to see Granny and Grandad. The twins all by themselves, knowing they were going to see their grandparents decided they needed presents. This is what they created for them.....
This is Matts drawing. He drew the picture, and wrote the story without help. I was so impressed. He sounded out all the words, thus the small spelling errors (We have been seeing rainbows often because its rainy and sunny), but for a 5 year old, well, hey, we can forgive.
And I LOVE the pot of gold at the bottom of the rainbow. Too cute.
And Sarah's:
Sarah's was just the same. All done by herself, without help. She talks about studying bees at school, and drew a bee. She was particularly proud of the 'sting' and so was I. Love it.
And as for me, well I've been creating too. I made this card today for a friend in hospital.
I based it on the Prima July sketch:
Might just have to see if I can do a LO now. LOL.
Later.
so so cute... love the card too... hope to make some over the holiday break... cos I've been BUYING them **GASP***
