I think no Technology at all would kill me...I always need a background noise..like my iPod in it's dock playing quietly...

:) We don't have a TV anyway so my struggle is to limit the amount of DVDs that get watched by a small boy :)

Great idea ... but I don't think *I* could do it! My boys would probably cope perfectly well, but I would certainly miss my iPod, computer and TV!
When I was a kid, we had a TV-free day each week. I remember hating it! LOL

About 2years ago we started this for Saturdays ... it worked soooo well, we hardly watch TV anymore!!LOL ... we settled on Saturday, because I wanted to make it 'count' and be a real sacrifice, but really it never was ... the kids found a whole heap of other things to do to entertain themselves ... just like we had to do as kids!!!LOL
