Oh, kids really do teach us parents so much, don't they? Like you, I think it's wonderful watching them grow up and learn and discover. So much fun!

It looks and sounds as though you had a wonderful weekend and made the most of the gorgeous weather!

Penny

Loving all the photos :)

And slugs like cat biscuits too - I caught one eating my cat's dinner. Actually my mum used to have problems with hedgehogs coming into her garage and eating the cay biscuits.

Ilka

Gorgeous photos and I love the way you talk about your kids, it's so wonderful to hear your love shining through Trina :)
The book sounds great, maybe it's good to not always aim for perfect...

Sharon

Sounds like a great weekend. And if it is any comfort, my small boy got into the cat biscuits too. There doesn't appear to be any lasting damage :)

Vicky

gorgeous, love the Dan shouting ones.
As for hat photos you can use a 'fill flash' or try and bounce your flash of something close by.
Water gives a good light fill or anything whitish lite pale concrete. HTH
