Trina - man, I know all about the choking incidents. My two year old seems to choke often. Most happened shortly after starting finger foods. I think in a year we have had to sweep her throat 10 times or more. It's been scary with her. I remember the day I had to do it and she was turning purple and her lips were blue. I didn't think I was going to get it out and I was by myself. So are sausages banned from your house lol???? I've thought about only serving mashed food lol.

Trina that photo is just devine... you have to wonder what he's thinking about don't you!! That must have been so scary with Matt! Isaac used to be like that with sandwiches... I used to break them up into tiny pieces after an "incident". Had to grin at him laughing.. he's a boy lol anything gross is funny :D

Janine

Oh my look how much he's grown!! Rain! what rain? Sadly we've had none down here :( Things are really getting drastically low and I spent an hour tonight bucketing the bath water out onto my garden. The shower/bath/dishwater/washing machine water is the only watering my garden gets these days. I must say I'm building muscle carting the buckets around though LOL

Oh dear Trina...sorry to hear about Matt choking, how frightening.

My tip is always try the upside down thing first. Lay them over your leg, head near the floor and give them a good thump on the back.

My hasn't Daniel grown!

OMG Trina what a terrifying thing to happen!! When I took the girls to playgroup a few years ago we had a guy come out and talk about first aid courses and he showed us what to do if someone was choking!!

That photo is STUNNING!!
