Nope! Grin. But this is part of my shake up. Try to do something that you 'normally' do at the same time each day, at a different time in the day.
You might wake up 10 mins earlier. Or catch a later bus home. Or eat dinner an hour later. Or scrapbook longer (Love that one!).
Choose something that you have a 'normal' time for and do it at a different time. Shake up your week.
