As I wandered along the beach a few weeks back I realised how soothing the water is to alot of people. Well, it started off with me thinking how soothing it is for me and then I realised that it must be for a lot of people actually.
And it got me thinking. We need to make the most of water. Enjoy it. Play in/on it. Be around something that is good for us.
So my dare to you this week is to go for a swim, kayak, paddleboard. Get to the local beach/lake and dive on in.
If it's winter, like here in NZ, then take the kids (and/or yourself) to the indoor pools. Find your local wave pool, or hydraslides and invest in some (family) play time.
Go on dare ya.
