I have still got so much to learn, and I'm so amateurish, but it was so much fun creating all those roses and things for this cake.
I have to admit the colours are a bit wrong. Yellow and green? What was I thinking? I should've perhaps done something else? But that's ok. There will always be a next time.
So my four week course is over. Thinking perhaps of doing part two or three later in the year? But it's quite stressful getting all that icing prepared each week, so maybe not just yet. LOL.
