For a while now my friend Mandy has been teasing me about making her a cake or something for when she comes up. So to surprise her, I did....
At the last decorating evening I discovered how to use one of the new decorating nozzles I own. So I decided that I would try to create something using it for Mandy.
And of course I had to add a little edible glitter!
Unfortunately Mandy is sick and couldn't make it! However, a cake can never go to waste... There is always someone that needs a cake. And so I took it next door to our neighbour whose husband is in hospital. Thought it might cheer her up.
So Mandy, next time you're up this way, I owe you a cake!
In the meantime, get well my friend! We miss you this weekend!
