So who's going to the Scrappin' Patch crop day in Ch/Ch on 21st May??? ME!!! Me, me, me! And I'm so darn excited it's not funny.
Today part of the stock arrived (box 1 of 2), now I just need that other box to be delivered and I can start packing kits.
It's a cool kit. Chock full of Prima goodness. The class I'm teaching is a single LO and has lots of 'Trina' trademarks in it: layers, flowers (yes, on a boy LO!), inking, distressing, and even a bit of stitching....
So thought I'd get the 'must bring' list out as we don't have long to go now....
Photos: 2 2.5x4 inch portrait photos. Although you could easily get away with a single larger one.
Tools: Standard tool kit (trimmer, craft knife, adhesives - wet and dry - ruler etc)
Plus:
Black and/or brown ink
Pop dots / Magic mount / similar

And a 'cheats' technique I know you're going to LOVE.
These sneak peeks give you a fantastic idea of the colours we're using so grab out those photos cause we've only got a couple of weeks to go.
Of course while it's a boy based LO, it can certainly work for girl or other themed LO as well.

I am so excited! someone donated a class to Adrienne at Scrappin Patch to be given to someone in chch who has had a rough ride over the quake timeframe. Adrienne rang me a couple of weeks ago to invite me to take up the place. I dont know if that person is reading here, and I did email Adrienne my thanks to be passed on, but you are an incredible person. I am so grateful, the day I found out was the day we'd found out our house was worse damaged than we'd thought, so you made my day a little brighter.

Time can't go by fast enough...Bit concerned about the size of the photos..Tricky but will try in the morning when I go to print them. Even got our Grandsons to agree to new photos!!Miracles do happen!!!Roll on Saturday.
